1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Xylitol (granulated)
2 Eggs
1 tsp Aluminum free Baking Soda
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 Bananas (mashed)
1/2 cup Garbonza Bean (Chick pea) flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
small pcs of unsweetened bakers choc (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cream butter and xylitol
- Dissolve baking soda into sour cream. Wait 1 minute then ass to
butter/egg mixture. Mix - Add bananas. Mix
- Add flour and baking powder to mixture. Mix thoroughly.
- Add vanilla extract (and choc if desired). Mix
- Pour into muffin cups or a pan well greased with coconut oil. Bake for
20-30 minutes or until a tester comes out clean. Baking times will vary
depending on the size of your pan.
