1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Xylitol (granulated)
2 Eggs
1 tsp Aluminum free Baking Soda
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 Bananas (mashed)
1/2 cup Garbonza Bean (Chick pea) flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
small pcs of unsweetened bakers choc (optional)

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cream butter and xylitol
  3. Dissolve baking soda into sour cream. Wait 1 minute then ass to
    butter/egg mixture. Mix
  4. Add bananas. Mix
  5. Add flour and baking powder to mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Add vanilla extract (and choc if desired). Mix
  7. Pour into muffin cups or a pan well greased with coconut oil. Bake for
    20-30 minutes or until a tester comes out clean. Baking times will vary
    depending on the size of your pan.
