1 egg
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients except the olive oil Blend well. While the processor is running, gradually add in the oil. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 week
