1 LB Boneless, Skinless chicken
1 cup Almond meal
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp Cumin 1srp Cayenne pepper
1tsp black pepper
1tsp sea salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Olive oil


Preheat oven to 375
Slice chicken breasts into long strips
Mix together dry-ingredients
Dredge each piece of chicken in egg and then coat with almond spice mixture Place in cookie sheet greased with oil and repeat with all chicken pieces Bake for 20 min-25 until golden
