Sweet Biscuits
1/3 cup Almond flour
1¼ cup Garbonza Bean flour
1½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Aluminum Free Baking Soda
¼ tsp Sea Salt
1/3 cup Xylitol (I used granulated)
¼ cup Butter
1/3 cup Sour Cream
Additions to taste and preference (I used approx 2/3 cup of berries)

Mix first 6 ingredients together
Cut in butter until crumbly
Add sour cream and berries and mix
Place by the spoonful on ungreased baking sheet
Bake 10-15 minutes @ 425
(watch — they darken quickly at the end)


Savory Biscuits

¼ cup Butter
1/3 cup Sour Cream

Mix first 6 ingredients together
Cut in butter until crumbly
Add sour cream and additions and mix
Place by the spoonful on ungreased baking sheet
Bake 10-15 minutes @ 425
