1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
2-4 garlic cloves, depending on desired garlic level
1 1/2 cups 35% whipping cream
1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2-4 boneless skinless chicken breast, grilled


Melt butter in a saucepan. Add garlic and sauté until soft and fragrant. Add whipping cream. Bring to a boil then reduce temperature to maintain a simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly and serve over spaghetti squash, topped with grilled chicken
