1 cup Coconut Flour
1 and 1/4 cup Almond flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Butter
1 tsp salt
1 and ½ cups Xylitol
1 tsp Vanilla
3 Eggs
3/4 cup of Nut Butter or to taste

• Blend together Xylitol and butter. Add eggs, vanilla, salt, baking soda, flour and nut butter.
• Roll dough into balls, press down with a fork. Bake for about 10-12 min @ 350
• Once done press on the cookies again in the opposite direction making a # on the cookie. Let cool COMPLETELY before taking them off the pan.

Chocolate Glaze (optional):
6 tbsps. Butter
1 square of unsweetened Baker’s Chocolate
Melt these together
Stir in:
1/4 cup of Xylitol (or Stevia)
1/4 cup & 2tbsp pure cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla
