½ Cup Steel cut oats
1-2 tsp chia seeds
1-2 tbs flax seeds
1-2 tbs hemp hearts
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup coconut milk, plus more thinning in morning
¼ cup chopped nuts
2 tbs shredded coconut
½ cup fresh berries

 

1.Mix oats, and chia seeds, cinnamon, flax seeds, hemp hearts, coconut, vanilla, nuts together. Add coconut milk and mix well.  

2.Cover and place on counter overnight for a delightful, ready-to-go breakfast. If you aren’t going to eat first thing, pop in the fridge until you are ready. Thin with extra milk if you like.
